We are now well into our 3 month annual winter break. A time for all of our display birds to settle, moult and recharge their batteries ready for retraining in February. The work does not stop for the team though training all of this years babies, in preparation for the shows next season. Bookings are coming in thick and fast for next year, with it already set to be a busy 2018 season.
