Well, we are nearing the end of the public events for 2015. From all the team at Hawkeye Falconry UK, we would like to thank everyone, clients and public, who have been there during the year – it really has been a year to remember and this year has been amazing for the amount of new customers we have gathered. This year we have been down to Cornwall for events and have also been up to Fort William in Scotland. A few miles have been done this year!
The show team of birds have deserved their annual rest and the winter/indoor team are now getting ready to attend events. Two little chaps that have really pleased me this year are Sweeney and Todd – their displays have been breathtaking all year and they certainly have deserved their time off to relax and re-charge the batteries.
We are already looking forward to the new season for 2016 – it is already looking as though it is going to be a busy year. But before this, we have an Autumn and Winter packed. The re-birth of the educational programme BirdsAlive is going extremely well. With the expansion of the team, over the past couple of years the opportunity arose to reopen the programme to schools across the United Kingdom. We also have plenty of youngsters to start training, we hope they will be a huge success.
New ventures are ahead for the next couple of years, with some really exciting new lines of business.
